In 1960, Federico’s Bakery first opened its doors as a retail Bakery serving Southern California.

Federico’s bakery hasn’t changed much since then. We still do our own baking the traditional way, maintaining the original Old World recipes with natural ingredients and no preservatives. Our baking methods naturally give our products long shelf life.
